Discovery

We start with discovery about your organization, learning about and seeking to understand its culture and the challenges keeping your people from moving powerfully forward. We observe, ask questions, and listen to the answers.

Design + Implementation

Based on our findings, we develop and implement a custom solution that specifically addresses your needs. Everyone is different; we find the one that fits you best. Then we test it, tweaking and fine-tuning to make it maximally effective.

Future Planning

Once we have a solution that works, we implement systems to support it over time so change can be lasting and impactful. And while we might return now and then for a tune-up, we eventually turn its ownership and management over to you: our ultimate goal.

Circles Process

Ancient, egalitarian, and effective, Circles are powerful settings where collaborative dialogue can unfold. Participants meet as equals and community wisdom emerges from the collection of individual voices. Where it’s appropriate, Graymake incorporates this proven social structure throughout many of its offerings, along with restorative philosophy from which circle practices emerge.

Mediation

Whether an informal meeting or a scheduled settlement conference, mediation is a procedure in which two parties discuss their disputes with the assistance of a trained, impartial mediator who assists them in reaching a settlement. For Graymake, it’s a way to help everyone involved get what they need.
