Graymake’s proven process for facilitating change in the workplace relies on the tenets of restorative practices.
Discovery
We start with discovery about your organization, learning about and seeking to understand its culture and the challenges keeping your people from moving powerfully forward. We observe, ask questions, and listen to the answers.
Design + Implementation
Based on our findings, we develop and implement a custom solution that specifically addresses your needs. Everyone is different; we find the one that fits you best. Then we test it, tweaking and fine-tuning to make it maximally effective.
Future Planning
Once we have a solution that works, we implement systems to support it over time so change can be lasting and impactful. And while we might return now and then for a tune-up, we eventually turn its ownership and management over to you: our ultimate goal.
